Sales and Marketing Team Lead

Your responsibilities:
-Sales and Marketing monthly and yearly plan setting, implementation, and control;
-Budget setting and control of marketing expenses and incomes;
-Internal and external communication channels management;
-B2B, management of suppliers’ marketing activities;
-Management of Sales and Marketing projects;
-Reporting and supervision of leaded projects and Sales and Marketing team;
-Working collaboratively with internal and external parties;
-Leading a team of 4 persons.

Our client expects You to:
-Have at least 2-3 years of successful experience in e-commerce or FMCG leading marketing team and projects;
-Have a basic knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and understand Google Analytics, SEO, Google AdWords, Facebook Ads;
-Have experience working with creative and media agencies;
-Know e-commerce best practices;
-Demonstrate strong ownership, networking skills and problem–solving attitude;
-Shine in numbers’ analysis and organizational skills;
-Be a great communicator with excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

Monthly Salary:

From 3640 EUR gross
