UI/UX Designer

Our client is a fast growing compliance startup which offers a complete compliance management suite for all ‘know your customer’ requirements in the financial services and other sectors that wish to provide their services in the cyberspace. The company’s platform provides an integrated solution that is banking-core friendly and that spans both photo and live video identity verification, data monitoring, screening, due-diligence, risk scoring and case management.

What will you do in a role of UI/UX designer:

• Create aesthetical user interfaces for our web applications.
• Design user-friendly interactions in a cross-platform solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and prepare designs for deliverables.
• Work closely with the development team to implement design changes.
• Maintain our design system.
• Explore and propose ideas on how to create delightful experiences for our users.
• Create some little easter eggs to surprise our users.

Job requirements:

• UI design portfolio that showcase your UI design skills.
• 3 years of experience as an UI Designer or UX/UI Designer role.
• Knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma Adobe XD, Sketch or similar (we use Figma) and Adobe range of products (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Excellent visual design skills.
• Curious, creative user-centered problem solver.
• Fluent in English.
• Open to learn and share knowledge with others.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Saas products.
• Experience with creating/maintaining Design systems.
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS.
• Motion graphic skills.
• Knowledge of Usability Factors, Usability Heuristics and other UX laws.

Salary: from2500 Eur gross
