Sales manager
Our client is a fast-growing company operating in the global food industry, specializing in premium natural ingredients – including high-quality vanilla sourced directly from Madagascar. They supply clients across the world and are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join their international sales team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow in international B2B sales, work with a premium product, and gain hands-on experience in global markets.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage both warm and cold prospects.
- Schedule and run meetings with clients from various countries and cultures.
- Travel internationally to visit partners, attend trade shows, and close deals (approx. 3–6 trips per year).
- Prepare and present proposals and commercial offers.
- Make outbound calls and manage your sales pipeline.
- Work closely with and support the Senior Sales Manager in daily sales operations and strategy.
- Coordinate with colleagues abroad and communicate with logistics partners.
- Negotiate deals with B2B clients worldwide.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in sales/export; B2B experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently while being an active team player.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English; French or German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel abroad on business trips.

- Base salary: 1300 EUR net for the first three months, later 1500 EUR net + uncapped bonus system.
