Logistics Sales Manager

In this role You will be responsible for finding and developing new leads for potential new account/client.

Job description:

  • Calling prospective clients and engaging with them to maximize sales;
  • Focusing on building a long-term relationship with the clients;
  • Conducting market research and keeping up-to-date with the knowledge of the market;
  • Other related job duties and responsibilities as assigned;
  • Develops a deep understanding of the customer including goals, organization structure, decision-making processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience with sales/export;
  • Attention to detail and passion for learning;
  • Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening and cold-calling;
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results;
  • Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines;
  • “Can-do” attitude and passion for making things happen;
  • Fluent in verbal and written English.

Other details:

  • Remote working (optional) with occasional travel to Company office in Lithuania (Vilnius, Kaunas);
  • Bonus system;
  • Standard business tools provided.

Salary from: 1500 Eur gross.
